This June we are excited to be taking part in the Big Give’s Small Charity Week match funding campaign, giving you a chance to have twice the impact. Your support means that we can continue to deliver vital mental health support for ever-growing numbers of young people.

The difference you will make:
Our target of £14,000 will pay for 288 specialist counselling sessions for local young people struggling with their mental health
With over 900 young people currently waiting for help with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, and feeling unable to cope, your support will help us to see more young people more quickly.
Your donation will mean we will make a life-long difference to the lives of even more local young people.

- £10 pays for a mindfulness colouring book for a young person
- £20 pays for a telephone support call for two young people
- £50 pays for a counselling session for a young person
